"I stayed here because there was a pool. When I arrived about 8 or 9pm there was a self-check-in at the gate. I was not sent a code, but a friend who spoke French called and got it for me. It was not sent through Hotels.com or by email. Without calling I would have not been able to stay here at all and would have been far from Agen with no room. It is VERY FAR from Agen, not in Agen as listed on the hotels.com site. The pool was covered for the night and opened at 8am the next morning. ...

"This is a family business and just starting up. As the photo shows it is a beautiful house with a great deal of care to the interior and exterior design and outside gardens. They have a large number of animals, so anyone with children wil enjoy the dogs, goats, geese, chickens, ducks etc. Very friendly, very helpful - but possibly the fact that they are open could be better advertised - we thought the place was closed and came close to thinking it was the wrong Lacaze (their is another).
